Link 95, a 44 suite rental complex steps from the Strathearn LRT Station, was built with rooftop Solar, superior building envelope, and exceptionally designed suites  makes every square foot count.

Holyrood Gardens is being redeveloped from a series of 1940s townhouses located at 85 Street and 93 Avenue, Located near the Bonnie Doon mall. this residential infill high rise situated along Edmonton’s new LRT line, has 26 storeys and 265 suites. Partnered with Pagnotta construction, this project was ideal to showcase Stellar’s efficient building expertise, from the 11,000 square foot parkade to the rooftop mechanical penthouse, Stellar ensured every inch was completed with great detail, on time and on budget

Windsor Terrace’s clean, contemporary design and abundant amenities offer a rich escape from the every day.
