With over 25 years in the electrical trade Scott has the expertise to provide accurate price estimates, comprehensive design-build proposals, and pre-construction services including value engineering and outstanding project management. Scott collaborates daily with project site supervisor(s) and foremen to ensure work is being completed in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with Stellar’s values. We believe that collaboration is the key to any successful project and strive to build the relationships and trust that will facilitate a high level of collaboration.

Our manager of business development, Mel brings with him over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, serving in key administrative roles in various capacities. Mel is responsible for all aspects of business development and works closely with key industry players to develop professional trust relationships to deliver essential pre-construction services, estimating and integral design to achieve customer expectations.
Mel’s vast experience in this essential component of our corporate team will ensure a smooth and seamless transition from design to completion in accordance with Stellar Electricals’ commitment to excellence.

Justin joined Stellar Electrical in 2015, as a foreman he has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from renovations, maintenance, small and large scale new construction. In 2021 he moved into the office and took on the role of Project manager.
