Stellar Electrical was proud to collaborate with Manshield Construction (general contractor), DWA Architects Ltd. and Tower Engineering Group (electrical engineer) on Laurel Heights, a senior retirement community. This concrete and steel construction contains 178 suites situated in a multi-storey design. Each building has three elevators, courtyards with lit pathways, energized surface parking, commercial kitchens, a sports lounge, chapel, theatre, multi-purpose rooms and common areas.

Stellar Electrical provided a complete electrical installation, including:

• 2-stage fire alarm systems
• nurse call system
• public address system
• door access/egress
• low voltage lighting control
• telephone and data requirements
• security/closed circuit video and television
• backup generators
